You take a 5 minute cold shower every single day for 21days 🙂

Jumping in a cold lake has always been something I find incredibly invigorating!

Q:  How cold does my cold shower have to be?

A:  As cold as you can tolerate and take it colder as you go.

Q:  How long do my showers have to be?

A:  Start where you can even if for 30 seconds, but try progress to 5-10 minutes long.

Q:  Is this medically safe?

A:  Yes, your shower is not as cold as a frozen lake and you can handle five minutes of being cold.

I have never met anyone who’s tried it and regretted doing it.
